Welcome To Manna!
What are liposomes?
Liposomes are microscopic sacs made of fat molecules (phospholipids) that are very similar to cell membranes in your body. With cutting-edge technology, we are able to infuse vitamins, minerals, and other active compounds into liposomes to protect them against digestive processes for increased delivery into the bloodstream and throughout the body.
What makes liposomal vitamins so much better than traditional supplements?
Because these liposome-wrapped vitamins share the same phospholipid membrane as cells, they are able to utilize your body's natural nutrient delivery system for significantly increased absorption rates. Unlike traditional supplements, liposomes protect the enclosed vitamin from being broken down through digestion before it can actually reach the bloodstream. Once there, the phospholipid bilayer (liposome) can attach to cells to better facilitate absorption of the vitamin.
Do all vitamins/herbal supplements need to be liposomal? What is the difference between water soluble and fat soluble vitamins?
Not all vitamins and herbal supplements benefit significantly from liposomal formulation, which is why Manna Vitamins offers a limited selection of the highest-quality, science-backed options. Fat soluble vitamins (A, D, E, and K) dissolve in fat cells that can transport them for use and storage throughout the body as needed. Water soluble vitamins (such as vitamin C and most B vitamins) are quickly excreted if not used right away, and therefore can benefit from liposomal encapsulation. The unique chemical makeup and behavior of various other nutrients that act as antioxidants can also determine whether or not they warrant liposomal technology. Liposomal technology isn’t cheap, and Manna Vitamins doesn’t cut corners. You can count on us to bring you only the highest quality, thoroughly-researched liposomal supplements at affordable prices.
Does it matter what kind of liposomes are used or how they are created?
Yes! We use only the highest quality all-natural, non-GMO sunflowers to generate our lipids. We do not use pressure or heat during our manufacturing process, which can affect the lipid’s structure, quality, and absorption.

How quickly can I expect to see results with Manna vitamins?
Some people notice improvements with certain supplements within days, and others take a few weeks to start noticing their progress. Keep in mind that certain vitamins and herbal supplements have the potential to kick in faster than others, and some naturally take 1-3 months of continued use for best results. No vitamin or herbal supplement is a cure-all, and it’s important to consider other important factors such as dietary nutrition, exercise, stress management, and the limitations of existing conditions.
Will Manna interact with any prescription medications?
Manna Supplements contain naturally occurring nutrients that should not interact with most common supplements or medications. While Manna contains well-researched ingredients taken by many people with no adverse interactions, we always recommend consulting your personal healthcare provider before starting a new supplement regimen- especially if you have an existing medical condition, are taking medication, or are pregnant or breastfeeding. Please contact our customer care team if you have specific questions or concerns.
Can I take multiple supplements at the same time?
Yes! All Manna Supplements are designed to be safely taken together in any combination of your choice. If you are concerned about potential interactions with another brand of supplement, please reach out to our customer care team with details.
How do I take Manna liposomal vitamins?
Our liposomal formulas are drinkable liquids. You only need about a teaspoon a day, which you can take directly from the bottle or from a spoon. You can also mix the supplement into a small glass of water or juice to take quickly for a less noticeable taste. We recommend daily use for best results!
Why do traditional turmeric/curcumin supplements give me heartburn?
Many traditional non-liposomal supplements include black pepper (piperine) because it has been reported to increase curcumin absorption. Unfortunately, this can have uncomfortable side effects such as heartburn and acid reflux. Luckily, Manna's advanced liposomal technology erases the need for additives to boost absorption rates and most people are able to enjoy incredible results with no side effects at all!
Can I take a curcumin/turmeric supplement if I’m on a blood thinner?
Because curcumin is an anti-inflammatory, it’s already a bit of a natural blood thinner. So if you’re already taking blood thinning medication, you’ll definitely want to consult your doctor to make sure the combination won’t take you to an unsafe level.

What are the benefits of supplementing vitamin C?
Vitamin C, the all-powerful workhorse of our body is necessary for the growth, development and repair of all body tissues. It's involved in many body functions, including formation of collagen, absorption of iron, the immune system, wound healing, and the maintenance of cartilage, bones, and teeth. What is glutathione?
Often referred to as the "master" antioxidant, glutathione is one of the body's most crucial and powerful antioxidants. While we get most of our antioxidants from foods we consume, glutathione is synthesized from within. Unfortunately as our age increases, glutathione levels in the body decreases. Poor dietary nutrition, chronic disease/infection, and unmanaged stress can further deplete glutathione levels in the body.
Why is Manna Glutathione better than other glutathione supplements?
Traditional capsules simply can't withstand our body's digestive processes. Because glutathione is made of three amino acids (cysteine, glycine, and glutamine) that are needed for other cellular functions, glutathione is often quickly broken down before it can reach cells in its full form- essentially rendering traditional capsules worthless. Intravenous delivery directly into the bloodstream is an option for better absorption, but it's impractical and unaffordable for most people. Our cutting-edge liposomal formula protects the glutathione molecules against digestion so it can safely reach the bloodstream for delivery to those cells that need it most.
